About The Company

Corgi is revolutionizing the insurance industry through vertical integration, aiming to streamline and automate a traditionally manual sector within financial services. By designing, underwriting, pricing, and issuing insurance directly—eliminating intermediaries such as brokers and third-party administrators—Corgi is redefining operational efficiency and customer experience. The company leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology to rebuild the industry from the ground up, addressing a significant market gap. With substantial backing of $268 million from prominent investors like Kindred and TCV, Corgi is positioned at the forefront of innovation in insurance technology.

At Corgi, building something impactful requires dedication and high standards. The organization fosters a meritocratic culture where high performers are rewarded with unlimited growth opportunities. The team works intensively in the office six to seven days a week, emphasizing rapid development, talent density, and ownership. The environment encourages solving complex problems with a high level of responsibility, making it an ideal place for professionals eager to make a tangible difference in the industry.

About The Role

The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development and design of essential systems that support both internal operations and customer-facing services. This senior role offers the opportunity to own large-scale technical initiatives across various domains, including underwriting, claims processing, finance, compliance, and internal tooling. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership, product teams, and operations to create software solutions that automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
