What You'll Be Doing
- Building and enhancing front-end trading and workflow applications using React, TypeScript and Java.
- Developing and maintaining backend services supporting order routing, execution workflows and trading infrastructure.
- Partnering closely with quantitative research, execution and trading teams to deliver new functionality and platform enhancements.
- Helping scale a global execution platform across multiple regions and asset classes.
- Integrating the platform with external counterparties, brokers and internal systems.
- Leveraging modern AI development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development, testing and code quality.
- Contributing to a highly collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- 4-6 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full stack development skills.
- Commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.
- Experience building backend services in Java.
- Experience with electronic trading, execution systems, market making, broker algorithms or financial technology.
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
- Curiosity, strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for technology.
