About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our Remote Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Oxa Hub, the core cloud platform that supports our autonomous vehicle fleet management system. You will work on building scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications that facilitate the operation and monitoring of autonomous vehicles in industrial settings. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and safety of logistics operations at some of the world's most critical infrastructure sites.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in developing full stack web applications from concept to production launch.
- Strong expertise in web development frameworks and languages, especially TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing ergonomic APIs and building scalable back-end services.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering best practices within a team environment.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data interfaces such as dashboards or monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with robotics, autonomous systems, or hardware-driven environments is a plus.
- Experience with Python for building web services and APIs is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Design, develop, and deliver full stack web applications that are scalable, reliable, and user-centric.
- Architect and implement front-end and back-end systems that support the growth of our platform and fleet operations.
- Take ownership of features from initial discovery and design through to deployment, testing, and iterative enhancement.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback and operational data to refine and improve platform capabilities.
- Identify functionality gaps, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Contribute to defining team strategy, setting goals, and promoting engineering best practices across projects.
- Assess the business impact of technical decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including hardware, robotics, and AI specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
