About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Website Developer to join our team building high-quality, custom-coded websites for Australian businesses.
This is not a WordPress page builder role. We are looking for someone who can build fast, modern, responsive websites using current development frameworks and best practices.
This is a casual, project-based position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Work is allocated based on active client projects and business demand.
What You'll Be Building
- Custom-coded business websites.
- High-converting landing pages.
- Multi-page service websites.
- Business portals and client dashboards.
- Responsive mobile-first websites.
- Ongoing feature enhancements and website improvements.
Requirements
- Strong front-end and back-end development experience.
- Experience building fully custom-coded websites.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately convert Figma or design mockups into pixel-perfect websites.
- Experience integrating APIs and third-party services.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, website speed optimisation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with some or all of the following is highly regarded:

- Vercel (Preferred) or similar modern deployment platforms such as Netlify or Cloudflare Pages.
Nice to Have
- Experience building websites for Australian businesses.
- Experience with AI integrations.
- Basic UI/UX knowledge.
- Experience creating reusable website components.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and schema markup.

- You only build websites using WordPress page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
- You cannot provide examples of custom-coded websites.
- Your portfolio only contains template-based websites.
- You do not have experience deploying modern web applications.

Compensation
- AUD $100–800 per project, depending on the scope, complexity, and requirements.
- Paid on a per-project basis.
- Casual, project-based role with no guaranteed hours.
- Work is allocated based on active client projects and business demand.
