Key responsibilities — core duties for the successful candidate
- Deliver high-quality day-to-day tasks in line with departmental objectives and company standards.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines, prioritising tasks and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives, suggesting and implementing practical improvements.
Essential skills and experience — required qualifications and competencies
- Minimum of relevant secondary or vocational qualifications; a degree or professional accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g. Microsoft 365 suite) and the ability to learn bespoke systems quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
