In the role of Beauty Therapist, your key focus will be to:

- Extend a welcoming experience for our clients
- Carry out a variety of treatments
- Be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge
- Assess guest needs via consultation prior to treatment
- Ensure all treatment rooms are set up prior to the treatment
- Maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general
Do you have?
- Experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
- Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC is desirable)
- Certification in beauty/massage therapy (Swedish massage is essential)
- Knowledge of products including Kerstin Florian, Jacqueline Piotaz, Jessica
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is well-presented
- A warm and caring attitude towards the health and well-being of clients
- The drive to work towards targets in treatment and retail
- The ability to work well in a team
- Good time management skills
