We are looking for an exceptional Massage and Beauty Therapist to join our dedicated spa team at our tranquil destination known for its beautiful setting and commitment to wellbeing. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about delivering outstanding treatments, building strong client relationships, and being part of a growing spa renowned for high standards and heartfelt hospitality.
The Role
As a Massage and Beauty Therapist, you will provide a wide range of treatments with professionalism and care, ensuring each guest leaves relaxed and revitalized. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through advanced training of up to NVQ level 7 and play a key role in shaping the guest experience as our spa continues to expand.

What We Are Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage (additional NVQ training of up to level 7 provided)
- Warm, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Experience in delivering a variety of treatments (massage, facials, body treatments, beauty services)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Confident recommending retail products and aftercare
- Excellent standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience within spa, salon, or hotel settings desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of treatments to the highest standard, tailored to guests’ individual needs
- Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably presented and stocked
- Support retail sales through informed recommendations and product knowledge
- Help maintain treatment records and manage bookings professionally
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Assist in creating a warm, welcoming spa atmosphere
- Contribute ideas to continually enhance our treatment menu and guest experience
