Enhanced pay on bank holidays Paid Mileage Paid Travel Paid Holiday Guaranteed hours contracts Refer a friend bonus – earn when you refer a friend 100’s of online & in-store discounts to be used and enjoyed. Paid Face to Face training + Online Learning and Development programme. Paid meet & greet and shadow calls (prior to providing care) No uniforms 20 days holiday a year plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata) Matching you to clients based on similar interests and hobbies to help you and your client enjoy your time together. Minimum visits of one hour so there is plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client. A variety of shifts available. Pension scheme 24/7 Confidential Employee Assistance Programme (professional advice, practical information, resources and counselling) Fully funded NVQ 2,3,4 & 5 Care Assistant responsibilities: Being a Care Assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care. Duties can include: Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework Accompanying to appointments or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent Qualifications Full Time - 07:30 to 14:30 then 16:30 until 22:00 including alternate weekends. Guaranteed Full time contracts Our shift pattern guarantees two weekend's off a month.
