WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR AMAZING STORE ON BEAK STREET, LONDON!

You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully designed stores and report directly to our Store Manager. GANNI’s culture is built on a mindset of learning and achieving results, bringing everyone together around a shared sense of purpose.

You’ll work with your team to ensure every interaction is effortless, efficient, and fully aligned with every client’s needs.

You’ll lead with an omnichannel mindset, ensuring every client interaction, where every opportunity counts and missing a sale is never an option - online or in-store. Focused on results, you’ll drive traffic through creative digital outreach and bring the GANNI community to life through online bookings and inspiring in-store events.

You’ll energize the store team to reach KPIs while building a culture rooted in authenticity, optimism, and a passion for learning and achieving results.

Must Have Requirements

We’re looking for someone who drives results, and inspires a team while delivering exceptional experiences across both online and in-store channels.

  • Ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Deliver outstanding styling sessions
  • Build loyalty within the community
  • Lead a client outreach program to boost in-store traffic
  • Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
  • Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
  • Ensure every sales opportunity
  • Maintain VM guidelines
  • Stock management in all aspects

Professional Qualifications

  • Background within a similar industry for at least 1 year
  • Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
  • Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
