Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and passionate coach to join our team on a full-time basis starting from January 2027.
The role will involve a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a mixture of groups, individuals, and performance tennis, delivered across 6 days (Monday-Saturday).
We are also looking for a part-time coach who could take on some of the workload if required, allowing this role to be structured across 5 days and 35–40 hours per week. However, the successful candidate for this role will need to be willing to work on Saturday mornings or afternoons, as this forms an important part of our performance programme.
The right person will:
- Hold a minimum accredited+ Level 2 (Level 3 desired)
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with players of different ages and abilities.
- Be reliable, professional, and enthusiastic in their approach to coaching.
- Be passionate about tennis and committed to providing a positive experience for all players.
- Have a genuine desire to continue learning and develop as a coach.

Globe Tennis Club is a family-friendly tennis club offering coaching and playing opportunities to members and the wider community. Located at 190A Haverstock Hill in London, United Kingdom, the club is conveniently situated just behind Belsize Park tube station. The club focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Coaches and staff work closely with members to foster a positive atmosphere, encourage participation, and support long-term player development.
