We are currently recruiting caring, reliable and committed individuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Community Care Assistants.

About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a real difference, helping people remain independent whilst receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.
You will work as part of a supportive, professional team delivering care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences and lifestyle.
This is a full-time position, offering a regular and varied schedule across a range of care visits, including:
- Morning shifts
- Lunchtime shifts
- Tea-time and evening shifts
- Weekend working as part of the care rota, weekend on weekend off basis
- Emergency cover where required
- Additional hours where available
Where possible, care rounds are allocated geographically to minimise travel time and support a positive work-life balance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
