Job Title: Full-Time Coordinator/Scheduler – Southeast Region
Location: Right at Home – Waterford Regional Office, covering Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary
Hours: Full-Time
Reports to: Care Manager or Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Full-Time Coordinator/Scheduler to join our growing homecare team in the Southeast Region. This role involves scheduling carers, liaising with clients and their families, and supporting the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homecare services across Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule homecare visits across the Southeast Region.
- Maintain regular communication with carers, clients and their families.
- Manage rota changes, cancellations and urgent cover requirements.
- Match carers to client needs, taking account of availability, skills and travel time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules and records.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new care staff where required.
- Work in line with applicable homecare requirements and internal company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the care team as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration or coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team.
- Familiarity with care management systems, particularly OneTouch, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
- Knowledge of homecare services and relevant HSE requirements is desirable.
- A positive, practical and solution-focused approach.
