Are you passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and helping patients achieve their dream smile? Dentalcare Hook is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and commercially minded Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly and growing team.
Located in the heart of Hook, our modern 6-surgery practice provides a range of NHS and private dental treatments in a welcoming and patient-focused environment. About The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key link between our clinicians and patients, ensuring every patient receives a first-class experience from their initial enquiry through to treatment completion. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, helping them understand their options and supporting them in making informed decisions about their dental care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Treatment Coordinator consultations and patient assessments.
- Discuss treatment plans, options, and finance solutions with patients.
- Take clinical photographs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Follow up enquiries, consultations, and treatment recommendations.
- Support the practice in achieving treatment conversion and growth targets.
- Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Promote private dental treatments, orthodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry where appropriate.
- Work closely with clinicians and the practice team to coordinate patient journeys.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, referral generation, and patient engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a dental practice is highly desirable.
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Reception Manager, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Nurse would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment options and fees with patients.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in patients.
- Knowledge of SOE Exact or similar dental software is desirable.
