Job Description: Female Locker Room Associate (Equinox Kensington)
We’re seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Female Locker Room Associates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stocking levels in all female locker rooms, ensuring optimal member experience.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, prospects, and guests.
- Clean, organise, and restock:
- Storage spaces
- Laundry areas
- Exercise areas
- Coat rooms
- Ensure an adequate supply of towels is always available.
- Assist with special events as required.
- Notify the Maintenance Manager of any immediate room maintenance needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A clear understanding of hygienic and sanitary standards in an environment like Equinox.
- Experience servicing athletic equipment and familiarity with cleaning products/tools.
- Strong customer service, organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- A high-energy, proactive approach that reflects our equinox values.
