We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of a premium wellness and fitness studio. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, promoting wellness, and delivering world-class service in a high-end, feel-good fitness and wellness setting.
The Basics:
- Salary: £28-£30k (depending on experience)
- Location: Marylebone
- Working hours: Full-time must be free early morning, evenings and weekends.
The Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for existing and potential members, creating a warm and seamless experience. You will play a crucial role in day-to-day interactions that define the studio’s exceptional service.
- Welcome members and guests upon arrival, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
- Assist clients with check-ins, bookings, and scheduling enquiries.
- Support community growth by helping convert new visitors into members.
- Build positive relationships with members, remembering preferences and proactively addressing needs.
- Serve premium refreshments, such as coffee and smoothies, ensuring each interaction feels personal and high-end.
- Maintain the reception and lounge areas, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and luxury standards.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate responses to all enquiries.
- Monitor and restock supplies for reception, refreshment bar, and studio amenities.
- Support the Studio Manager and trainers with administrative tasks and operational flow.
- Communicate member feedback or concerns to continuously enhance the member experience.
- Assist in executing special events, brand activations, or promotions, ensuring seamless experiences for attendees.

The Person:
We are looking for someone who embodies hospitality, wellbeing, and excellence in service.
- Warm, personable, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Previous customer-facing experience (2+ years), ideally in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end wellness environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to multitask while staying highly organised.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using studio booking and scheduling software; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, and calendar management.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline communications, and improve operational efficiency.
