About Us

Moss Valley Market Garden is a biodynamic and organic certified market garden growing fruit and vegetables on 1.5 acres of land at the Sheffield Organic Growers site. This site is home to six independent organic enterprises that share facilities across 19 acres on the outskirts of Sheffield.

Approximately 95% of our produce is sold through our veg bag delivery scheme, which serves the western half of Sheffield. Our scheme currently has around 230 regular customers and delivers approximately 160 veg bags per week. We also supply local organic veg and fruit retailers, other veg delivery schemes, a restaurant, and a café.

Founded in 2011 by Martin Bradshaw, Moss Valley Market Garden now employs six staff members, four of whom work part-time. We pride ourselves on fostering a strong team-working ethic and ensuring the well-being of our staff. We are continually innovating and evolving our business, with a strong interest in the rapidly developing fields of market gardening and sustainable agriculture. Since 2022, we have been transitioning to a 100% no-dig market garden, a transition that is now nearly complete.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
