Maintenance Associate
Location: Kensington, UK
About the Role
Equinox is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance Associates to join our team. This role offers a meaningful impact in a dynamic luxury facility and supports the growth of one of the world’s most innovative lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Associates are expected to:
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance:
- Maintain club and exercise equipment for all members, prospective members, and guests.
- Keep the sidewalk entrance and lobby presentable.
- Clean the locker room and stock all consumables.
- Organise storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
- Maintain adequate towel supply on the exercise floor.
- Perform equipment maintenance.
- Operational support:
- Receive and store all deliveries.
- Assist with special events.
- Communication:
- Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any rooms or equipment requiring immediate attention.

Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- The ability to work 40 hours per week.
- A clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
- The ability to service athletic equipment and use cleaning products/hand tools.
- Exceptional customer service, organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
