Join our team as a Spa Therapist and offer exceptional care in our luxury, air-conditioned treatment rooms that boast spacious, above-ground designs with serene views of outdoor spaces.
Please note, our Spa vacancies will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests
- Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
- Undertake reception and administration duties if required
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa
- Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process
- Follow all of the spa standards and protocols
- Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise - all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests
- Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests
- Enjoy a balanced workload with a limit of no more than 4 massages per day to ensure your well-being and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).
