Based in Surrey, the auction house serves private collectors, galleries, and institutions seeking expert valuation and auction services. The team works with a wide range of fine art and collectible items, providing professional support throughout the auction process. Role Description

The Full-Time Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the auction house. This on-site role, based in Bletchingley, includes managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, preparing auction documentation, and coordinating schedules and appointments. The Office Administrator will greet and assist clients, handle incoming calls and emails, and support the cataloguing and auction preparation process with accurate data entry and filing. The role also involves managing office supplies, liaising with external service providers, and assisting colleagues with general office tasks to uphold an organized and professional working environment.
