Responsibilities:
- Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders
- Operating IT systems
- Internal stock management
- Investigating stock discrepancies
- Database handling
- Communicating with other departments via email and telephone
- Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team

Requirements:
- A focused team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in the picking and processing of online customer orders.
- Punctual and responsible
- A confident communicator
- The ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Willingness to help out in other areas when necessary
- The ability for work flexible shifts, including weekends
