EVVRClean is looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

Location: Newry & surrounding areas
Hours: 16+ hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible – mornings & evenings
Pay: £13.50–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Mileage allowance included

About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring our clients receive a consistently high standard of service. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable, confident managing staff and able to respond quickly when cover is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and supporting new and existing cleaning staff
  • Providing guidance to cleaners to ensure company cleaning standards are maintained
  • Carrying out weekly spot checks at client sites
  • Checking the quality of cleaning and identifying areas for improvement
  • Providing feedback and support to cleaning staff
  • Covering cleaning shifts when staff are off sick or unavailable
  • Helping to ensure all shifts are fully covered and client services continue without disruption
  • Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day staff requirements
  • Reporting any issues or concerns from client sites
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and cleaning teams
  • Ensuring company procedures, standards and health & safety requirements are followed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
  • Proven experience training and supporting cleaning staff
  • Good knowledge of professional cleaning standards
  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Access to your own reliable vehicle is essential
  • Flexible availability for morning and evening shifts
  • Willingness to provide occasional shift cover when required
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
  • Confident managing and motivating a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A professional and positive approach
