Full Time Runner

Hours

8:45am - 6:15pm - 42.5hr week Includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break per day

We are looking for a full-time Runner to join our team. Someone who is self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn. We like our runners to take great care in everything they do, from the smallest everyday tasks to the most important responsibilities. A high standard of client service is essential, as is being attentive to the needs of the team and helping to keep the studio running smoothly.

Some knowledge of audio post-production and/or client services would be an advantage, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Training will be provided for other administrative software including FarmerWife.

Key responsibilities

  • Client services – ordering and collecting food and beverages locally within W1.
  • Client hospitality – preparing and serving well-presented drinks, snacks and meals.
  • Reception support – welcoming clients, answering the phone and directing calls.
  • Daily calendar check-in – reviewing the studio schedule and anticipating any preparation required for the day ahead.
  • Studio management – preparing, resetting and clearing audio suites and booths regularly throughout the day.
  • Studio care and maintenance – helping to keep the studio organised, well presented and running smoothly, including researching and sourcing purchases when required.
  • Weekly stock checks – monitoring and ordering groceries, stationery and other office supplies.
  • Kitchen upkeep – keeping kitchen areas tidy, organised and well stocked throughout the day.
  • Expenses – logging expenses and reconciling receipts accurately.
  • General support – assisting different departments with ad hoc tasks, including booking and receiving couriers.
  • Building responsibility – holding company keys and alarm codes and helping to ensure the studio is securely opened and/or closed when required.
