Overview

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop or further progress their career within a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role located in Solihull. The responsibilities include performing market research, developing marketing plans, assisting in creating sales and marketing strategies, building strong communication with clients, and exploring opportunities to expand the company's market presence. The role seeks to enhance customer acquisition efforts and provide valuable insights to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, the company website, and wider marketing materials
  • Support the development of case studies, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Sale Support

  • Support the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and assist with outbound outreach
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Identify construction projects and investigate potential bidders and opportunities
  • Utilise website visitor identification and lead tracking tools to qualify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Follow up on leads and support the ongoing sales pipeline
  • Act as an internal point of contact for customer queries and communications

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems or marketing tools would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential

What we Offer

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days office-based, 2 days remote
  • Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
  • £25,000 salary
