Full Time Seasonal Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and personable Seasonal Customer Service Assistant to join our team over the Christmas period. This is a seasonal position running until 17 January 2027, with the potential for the role to continue beyond this date depending on business needs and individual performance.
SIRPLUS began by making boxer shorts from surplus fabrics. Since then, our collection has grown to include limited-edition jackets, premium knitwear and wedding-worthy waistcoats. While we have evolved considerably, we have remained true to our roots: creating special pieces in small runs using quality fabrics.
After several years on Portobello Market, we opened our first standalone store just a stone’s throw from our original stall. Today, we have five central London locations across Portobello Road, Marylebone, Princes Arcade, King’s Road and Islington.
Our Islington store, located in the heart of Camden Passage, is also home to our Customer Service Hub. Our Customer Service team is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our customers across our online store and over the phone.
The Role
This is a purely Customer Service-focused role, supporting our customers through online enquiries and telephone calls. This role will be Monday to Friday. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to ensure every enquiry is handled professionally, efficiently and with a personal touch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
