We are looking for a passionate and driven full-time Supervisor to join our team in Sloane Street. The successful candidate will be supporting the boutique in achieving sales targets for specific product categories while ensuring the highest level of client experience. Acting as a role model on selling performance, client service, and floor management, they will guide and coach the team on day-to-day activities.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Lead by example, mentor and support team development through sharing sales techniques to help colleagues achieve their targets
- To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers through a 1-2-1 personal shopper style approach to sales.
- To demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
- Cross sell between departments to support link sales and client interaction with all Dior universes
- Oversee the Visual Merchandising of your department, optimising commerciality at all opportunities
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the Line Manager where necessary

Product
- Follow all stock control procedures
- Ensure the management of stock control for your department
- Support the management of back office operations
- Coordinate stock takes for your department
- Understand and produce action plans for depreciated stock
- Produce action plans for slow moving stock
People
- To assist in incorporating new staff members into the team and guide new members of the team
- Be present on the shop floor in order to support and motivate the team
- Provide the link between the team and Manager
- Conduct training sessions with the team on product
- Support with developing and mentoring the team, reviewing individual performance and proposing development plans
- Hold Sales Consultant touchbase meetings as requested by Management

Other
- Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique
- To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures.
- To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store
- Take all actions necessary to maximise security and prevent theft of product
- To ensure that the Boutique operates in accordance with the Company administration systems and procedures to minimise losses
- Participate in team meetings and make a positive contribution
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
Profile
- Previous experience at Supervisor level within luxury fashion
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- An existing client book (preferred)
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
Additional Information
Must be available to work Full-Time (40 hours per week), with Monday-Sunday flexibility.
