Store Visual Merchandising Supervisor

About THE ROLE
Our stores are the life and soul of our business; they act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base.

As the world of retail evolves, we, as a business, believe that for all other parts of the chain to work, our stores must set the tone of what our two brands are all about.

Irrespective of where our consumers eventually make a purchase, our stores are always the touch point of our excellent brands. As a result, our locations are paramount, first-class experience must be a given both from a service & visual aspect -our in-store standards & presentation should never be questionable.

To deliver this, we strive to hire the individuals who live and breathe the values of our business, who are obsessed with delivering great service to our customers; these individuals should also have a keen eye for VM, a flair or an interest in styling to remain relevant in today’s world. We must be nimble and adapt to change and evolution.

VM Supervisor plays a key role in achieving all elements of retail, a balance of the day-to-day operations, commercially & visually; they lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, maintain exacting standards of presentation, and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
