Full-Time Wraparound Childcare Manager - Children’s Sports and Activities Provider
£28-30k (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Location: Beckenham/Bromley, with a Catford Head Office
Working pattern: Monday to Friday role. Term time: 7:30-8:30am (breakfast club) and 3-6pm (after school club) with admin/office work in hours in between. School Holidays: 7:30am-6pm (holiday camp management)
Our client is a growing children’s sports and activities provider in South East London, running wraparound care, after school clubs and Ofsted-registered holiday camps in partner schools across Bromley and Lewisham. They’re looking for a Full-Time Wraparound Childcare Manager to lead their breakfast and after school provision in the Beckenham area, then step up as a holiday camp manager when the schools break up.
This is a wraparound role with a difference. Breakfast club and after school club sit alongside a business built on sport, music and fun, so the children in your care get more than a waiting room at the end of the school day. You’ll lead your own team, own the relationship with your school, and have genuine variety across the year as term time gives way to busy, energetic holiday camps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
