Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer
Location: Fully Remote (UK) with occasional ad-hoc visits to our Cannock office
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a capable and motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work across the full stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development of modern web applications, and collaborating closely with product managers, and fellow developers.
This is a fully remote role; however, you may occasionally be required to attend the office in Cannock for team sessions, planning, or key meetings.

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Build and consume RESTful APIs
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Commercial experience as a mid-level full-stack developer
- Strong front-end experience with React
- Solid back-end development experience with Node.js
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Good understanding of full-stack web architecture
- Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
