Full Stack Node.js Developer (TypeScript/React/Node.js) Hybrid - 2 days/week London - £550 Outside IR35

Our Client is a well-established, well-funded tech company building products used by millions of people every day. They move fast, care deeply about quality, and back their engineers to do their best work.

Their stack: TypeScript, React and Node.js, running on Kubernetes in AWS. AI isn't a buzzword here - it's baked into how they build, and they want it baked into how you build too.

What you'll do:

  • Build features end to end - from the database to a polished, accessible React UI
  • Work closely with product, design, data and other engineers to turn real customer and commercial problems into shipped software
  • Use AI tooling daily to move faster, not just talk about it
  • Take part in code reviews, give and take honest feedback, and help keep our codebase clean, tested and secure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
