Fullstack Developer

🧑💻 TypeScript / NextJS / NestJS 🧑💻
📍 Onsite — Central London, 5 days a week 📍
💷 up to £150k + Equity 💷

A hugely successful, insanely well-funded AI automation startup in London is hiring a Fullstack Developer, they have just secured a major Series A from one of the most well-known VC's.

We're after someone exceptional: a standout academic record from a world-class university, sharpened by real startup experience, and ready to build a category-defining product from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Own problems end to end, talk to users, decide what matters, then design, ship, and measure
  • Build systems that turn voice notes, photos, and videos into finished reports — without getting in the user's way
  • Engineer how we feed context to AI models: storing, fetching, and selecting standards, reports, media, and user intent
  • Evolve our workflow builder, think Retool meets Webflow meets n8n, built for inspections
  • Design the architecture, how unstructured data flows through the system, how AI integrates, how offline and online stay seamless, and how the product stays simple as it grows more powerful

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
