Fullstack Engineer — AI Voice Agents (Python / TypeScript)
📍 London — Onsite 📍
💷 £150k–£250k DOE + Equity 💷
A YC-backed AI startup building voice agents that handle real customer operations.
$13M Series A raised. Revenue growing ~30% month on month. Small team, genuinely hard problems, and equity that means something.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and ship core product across the stack — Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, third-party integrations
- Own the full lifecycle: scope directly with customers, design the solution, ship it, own the outcome
- Make the call on when to hack an MVP and when to build proper foundations
- Set the engineering bar on testing, reliability, security and documentation — you're early enough that the standards you set become the standards

🎯 Essential Skills
- 5–10 years in full-stack engineering, backend-leaning, with real AI product development
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems — shipped, in production, end to end
- Strong async Python is non-negotiable: async coroutines, httpx, AsyncOpenAI, and production-grade error handling in async contexts
- Full-stack proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Modern cloud infrastructure — Kubernetes, serverless, distributed systems
- Early-stage startup experience (Series A or earlier)
- Voice AI, event-driven systems, or CRM integrations
- You can scope and deliver directly with non-technical customers, without a PM translating
- CS degree
