Mach Dunes Golf Resort, in partnership with Cultar, is recruiting Part Time Front of House Members to join our team for an exciting seasonal opportunity in one of Scotland's most scenic coastal locations. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a rewarding role in a stunning setting, we'd love to hear from you.

About Mach Dunes Golf Resort

Mach Dunes Golf Resort operates a collection of distinctive hospitality venues across Campbeltown and Machrihanish. These include:

  • The Royal Hotel in Campbeltown, a landmark hotel offering quality accommodation, dining, and event facilities;
  • The Ugadale Hotel & Cottages, providing luxury coastal accommodation overlooking the world-famous Machrihanish Golf Club;
  • The Old Clubhouse Pub, situated in the picturesque village of Machrihanish and renowned for its warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere, and stunning seaside views.

What We're Looking For

  • A friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude
  • Previous front of house, hospitality, restaurant, bar, café, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and drinks to a high standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout service areas
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Helping create a warm and memorable experience for every guest
