Full-Time Teaching Assistant (Supply and Long-Term Placements)
Are you looking for reliable, full-time classroom hours in your local area? We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Crawley. These roles offer a consistent Monday to Friday schedule. Whether you are looking for long-term agency placements or supply work, our high demand ensures you stay busy throughout the academic term.
Responsibilities
- Assist class teachers with daily lesson delivery, classroom setup, and resource management.
- Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group support to help students improve in reading, writing, and maths.
- Support pupils with additional needs (SEN), including those with ASD, ADHD, or those requiring behavioural support.
- Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom dynamics.

Qualifications
- Full-time availability during standard school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
- Prior experience working with children or young people (e.g., schools, nurseries, sports coaching, care, or youth work).
- Reliable, proactive work ethic and the ability to adapt to new environments.
- Strong proficiency in core English and Maths.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
- Proof of right to work in the UK and reliable transport to locations in Crawley.
