Fully Remote Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £50,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Practice Area: Residential Property / Conveyancing

About the Firm

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate team. Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate, this fully remote opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded solicitor with strong technical expertise, exceptional client care skills, and a proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the continued growth of the department through business development and client relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential conveyancing matters
  • Provide practical and commercially focused advice to clients
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently
  • Maintain excellent file management standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures
  • Deliver outstanding levels of client care and communication
  • Consistently achieve monthly billing and performance targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Introduce new clients and support business development initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Real Estate to support departmental growth

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 4 years PQE in Residential Property Law
  • Strong and varied technical expertise across residential property matters
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent organisational and file management skills
  • Strong communication and client service abilities
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting billing targets
  • Ability to generate work and introduce new clients
  • Commercially aware and proactive in approach
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing workload autonomously
