Functional Analyst | PPM / Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC)
We're hiring a Functional Analyst for a major Oracle PPM Cloud integration programme, connecting Oracle Primavera into Oracle Fusion, a hybrid Azure-based integration platform, and Sentinel.
The Role
You'll work closely with the Functional Lead and business stakeholders to elicit, document and validate functional requirements for Primavera and associated business processes. You'll produce clear functional specifications, support configuration decisions alongside the Primavera delivery partner, and validate outcomes through test cases and UAT support, with hands-on involvement in data preparation and user enablement.

What You'll Bring
- PPM functional consultant background
- Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle PPM Cloud implementations
- Requirements elicitation and documentation: user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows
- Test preparation and execution: test scripts, requirements traceability, UAT support, defect lifecycle
- Data analysis: cleansing rules, migration templates, validation and reconciliation
- User enablement: training materials, quick reference guides, hypercare support
- Nice to have: knowledge of the Primavera platform and APIs

Details
- Location: Farnborough (~3 days/week on site)
- Timeline: Phase 1: 17 August 2026 to 30 April 2027
- Eligibility: UK national, UK resident, BPSS clearance required
