Functional Assessor Hybrid Role
PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE, 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK, full time during Training.
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: Ongoing
Salary: £42,000 to £43,000 + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved
Contract: Full-Time and Part time

What we offer:
- Competitive starting salary of £42,000 to £43,000
- 5% bonus upon DWP approval
- 10% bonus available quarterly, based on quality of reports

What you'll do:
- Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals' daily activities
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
- Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
