Introduction
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
Working within a cross-functional Agile squad, you will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions and supporting the implementation of Dynamics 365 capabilities across key customer and operational journeys.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionality and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable platform-based solutions.
As Functional Consultant D365, you'll be responsible for:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities for process improvement
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and process mapping activities
- Gather, document and prioritise business requirements
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Support backlog creation and refinement alongside Product Owners

We'd love you to have
- Experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or related modules
- Experience designing business processes using Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform functionality
