Functional Tester – Investment Banking Program
We are hiring a functional tester to join a high-profile investment banking program.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand portfolio management for investment banking, trading, compliance, and analytics in FI Index.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to write scenarios, test cases, and perform functional testing.
- Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications (finance, accounting, derivatives, or portfolio management).
- Participate in Agile projects and manage high-profile programs.
- Work as part of a large IT team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Handle programs with multiple integrations (internal/external) and centralized data lakes.

Required Skills & Experience
Investment Banking / Asset Management Knowledge: Finance, investments, portfolio management, portfolio construction, front office compliance, risk management, and capital markets exposure. The last project should be in investment banking.
QA & Testing:
- Manual testing
- SQL
- UI automation (UFT/Python)
- Database automation
- Performance testing (JMeter)
Technical Tools:
- Excel macros
- Basic Java knowledge

Soft Skills:
- Ability to work in high-stress environments with front-line portfolio managers.

- Clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- ✅ Manual Testing | SQL | UI Automation (UFT / Python) | JMeter
- ✅ Investment Banking / Asset Management / Capital Markets knowledge
- ✅ Full QA lifecycle experience, strong problem-solving & communication
