Attribution Search are working with a global hedge fund with double-digit AUM, known for its collaborative culture, supportive leadership and an outstanding track record for development and internal mobility.

They are looking for a Fund Accountant, ideally with experience in fund administration, NAV accounting, or fund audit. Candidates should have a solid understanding of different asset classes and data analytics tools. Alongside this, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.

Core Duties

  • Validation of management and complex performance fee calculations
  • Reconciliation and review of NAV prepared by external administrators
  • Handling operational costs, TER reconciliations, and fee rebate workflows
  • Reviewing Fund financial statements
  • Verifying share class hedging for both capital movements and P&L activity
  • Generating and Reviewing performance Attribution reports

What We're Looking For

  • 2-6 years' experience in fund administration, NAV accounting, or fund audit
  • Exposure to Irish or Luxembourg domiciled fund structures
