Mondrian Alpha are working with a Global Private Equity firm, they have had strong fundraising and growth, (with several new funds launching in the next year) and hence are looking to hire a Fund Accountant for their fund finance team in London.
The role sits within a dedicated fund finance function and covers the full accounting and investor reporting cycle across the firm's closed-ended structures. Day-to-day you will be:
- Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements under UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS
- Producing capital account and fee reporting
- Managing capital calls and distributions
- Running the treasury and liquidity function for each fund
- Liaising closely with external fund administrators, auditors, and internal teams

They are investing heavily in their infrastructure so you will be working alongside the tech and senior finance professionals on projects to improve the efficiency of the function.
They are looking for a qualified accountant with 0-2 years of PQE. Experience in fund accounting is highly desirable (either in-house or through fund admin), though strong candidates who have extensive exposure to fund accounting through audit are also considered. You should be confident speaking to stakeholders at all levels.
