Job Description
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Prepare NAV reporting packs in accordance with client-required frequencies, with potential review responsibilities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts/financial statements, as well as other reporting requirements as requested by clients, with potential review responsibilities.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits.
- Support Transfer Agency transactions as and when required.
- Take overall responsibility for client relationships, including preparing for cash management, responding to inquiries and participating in client meetings.
Skills & Experience Required
- 0–1 year of accounting experience; prior experience in the fund industry would be an advantage.
- ACCA qualified, partly qualified, or holding an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with fund accounting software such as Investran, eFront, Paxus, or Allvue would be advantageous.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and hardworking attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
