Fund Accountant | Global Private Markets Manager | FTC (15 months, view to permanent) | c.£75-80k + 20% completion bonus
Autumnal Partners has been retained on an exclusive basis by a leading global private markets manager (multi-strategy across private equity, secondaries, credit and infrastructure) to find a Fund Accountant to join their Fund Finance team on a fixed-term basis, with a strong likelihood of conversion to permanent.
This is a capacity hire supporting the team through a period of increased demand on senior resource. You'll take ownership of day-to-day fund accounting and NAV production, freeing up senior team members to focus on technical and client-facing work. It's a genuine opportunity to build a track record inside a top-tier global platform, with real prospects to convert to a permanent seat.

Core responsibilities:
- NAV production and monthly/quarterly close processes
- Capital call and distribution processing
- Reconciliations and investor reporting inputs
- Liaison with fund administrators on reporting timelines and queries
- Supporting wider fund operations as required

What we're looking for
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent with likely 2-3 years PQE)
- Fund accounting experience gained in-house at a private markets manager, or with a fund administrator (e.g. Aztec, IQEQ, Ocorian, Apex, SS&C), candidates from practice who have audited funds will also be considered
- Immediately available or on a very short notice period — this is a hard requirement given the timeline
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Clear communicator, used to working cross-functionally
