Job Description
Purpose of Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Fund Accounting Manager to join our growing Belfast team. You will lead the delivery of high-quality fund accounting and financial reporting services across a portfolio of alternative investment structures, acting as a trusted partner to clients and key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and review of fund accounting, management accounts, and financial statements, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting for a portfolio of clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients, auditors, and advisers, acting as a trusted point of contact and delivering a proactive, value-added service.
- Oversee day-to-day fund operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and client outcomes, while supporting business growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Proven experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or alternative investment structures.
- Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to apply accounting standards pragmatically and effectively.
