Fund and Disclosure Analyst

Location: London

Role Type: Permanent

What you'll do:

  • Manage and track disclosure-related activities, ensuring all regulatory and fund documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Partner closely with Product, Legal, and Fund teams, providing coordination and support across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress, managing priorities, and ensuring key deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain and oversee fund documentation, ensuring records remain accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor workflow activity, provide regular status updates, and act as a central point of communication for stakeholders across the business.
  • Deliver administrative and operational support to the wider team, contributing to efficient processes, governance, and day-to-day business operations.

What you bring:

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience, with exposure to asset management, financial services, regulatory operations, legal, compliance, fund administration, fund documentation, or disclosure production.
  • Knowledge of UCITS funds, fund documentation, product disclosures, or regulatory filing processes would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review technical and regulatory documentation accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, build stakeholder relationships, and escalate issues clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools, with a proactive approach, strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and commitment to operating within a robust risk and control framework.
