Lead Structurer – Fund Finance Advisory

London | Excellent Base + Bonus + Outstanding Long-Term Career Opportunity

The Opportunity

Our client is one of the most respected names in the fund finance market, with an established advisory business that works with leading private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate managers across Europe and North America.

Following significant growth, they are looking to appoint a Lead Structurer to play a key role within their expanding Fund Finance Advisory team.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial and technical aspects of structuring transactions. You'll advise some of the industry's most sophisticated fund managers, working across a broad range of financing solutions from initial structuring through to execution, while helping shape the future direction of a growing business.

Alongside the advisory work, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the early development of a new direct lending capability, giving you exposure to building a new product offering without it becoming the primary focus of your role.

If you're looking for a position where you can influence strategy, work directly with clients and become recognised as a market expert, this is an outstanding opportunity.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead complex fund finance transactions from origination support through to successful completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
