Fund Listing & Exchange Specialist – Critical Role – Fund and ETF Listing Service
This is a unique opportunity to combine subject-matter expertise with a build-from-scratch approach in Building and shaping a brand-new fund and ETF listing service, influencing asset managers’ operations across major European exchanges.
As the role allows you to define, scale, and lead a new service within a global organisation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, high-value clients, and cross-functional teams. Your work spans strategic decision-making, product development, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Success comes from taking ownership and innovation, intersecting operations, regulation, and client delivery.
About the Role
At FE fundinfo, we lead the financial data industry—connecting asset managers across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. This newly established role will enable you to shape and deliver a cutting-edge fund and ETF listing solution, ensuring asset managers access and operate seamlessly across major exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
As Fund Listing & Exchange Specialist, your core accountabilities will include:
- Service Architecture & Launch
- Lead the design and launch of a new fund and ETF listing service, defining:
- The operating model and service scope
- Delivery standards for market-facing excellence
- Act as the subject-matter expert on fund and ETF listing requirements in UK and European exchanges, bridging gaps for both clients and internal teams.

- Establish and maintain robust service standards encompassing:
- Methodologies, SLAs, quality controls
- Scalable operational playbooks for consistency and efficiency

Cross-Functional Innovation & Technology Integration
- Collaborate with product, data, operations, and technology teams to:
- Define and implement tools and solutions supporting the listing service
- Translate operational needs into technological and process-driven systems

Risk Management & Client-Facing Resolution
- Serve as the senior escalation point for compliance queries—internal and client-facing
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance while representing the function externally
Key Requirements
This role demands an expert with:
- 5+ years of experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated environments, specialising in:
- Fund and ETF listing and registration processes
- Operational, regulatory, and data dependencies in asset management,
- Deep understanding of ETF and ETP structures, including:
- Regulatory frameworks (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR) and post-Brexit UK requirements
- Cross-functional leadership with skills in:
- Delivering complex initiatives across teams
- Translating operational needs into scalable processes or technological solutions
- Top-tier communication:
- Analytical problem-solving
- Stakeholder influence and simplifying complex concepts for clarity
