Fund Operations Analyst
Fidarsi is partnering with a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Mayfair to recruit a Fund Operations Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience within fund, investment, or middle-office operations who is looking to broaden their experience and gain exposure across the full operational infrastructure of a hedge fund.
Responsibilities
- Post-trade processing across all portfolios
- Supporting the lifecycle of transactions through to settlement
- Reconciling cash, positions, market values, and transactions across funds and separately managed accounts
- Liaising with custodians and brokers to resolve settlement issues
- Supporting cash management across funds and managed accounts
- Processing corporate actions
- Booking and reconciling P&L and margin movements against custodians and Prime Brokers
- Monitoring trading guideline breaches and supporting their resolution
- Processing swap resets and resolving reconciliation breaks
- Supporting month-end portfolio checks and client reporting
- Reconciling payments for Commission Sharing Agreements and Finance
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and maintain high STP rates

About You
We are looking for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience within fund operations, investment operations, middle office, or a similar environment.

You will have a good understanding of the trade lifecycle and some exposure to areas such as settlements, reconciliations, cash management, or corporate actions.
Most importantly, you will be bright, analytical, and keen to learn, with the confidence to work as part of a small team and take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
