About The Role
As a Junior Associate / Associate (Band 1), you will be responsible for delivering high quality outputs and building professional expertise. This will be achieved through developing foundational skills and knowledge, contributing towards overall team objectives, timely execution of tasks and collaboration. You will be open-minded and embrace change whilst valuing diverse perspectives and channeling a 'can-do' attitude. You will support business and people growth to enable Aztec's future ambitions.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our client facing Administrators and Accountants using eFront to ensure the appropriate delivery of client service
- Monitor incoming requests from teams and prioritise effectively
- Assist with all aspects of recording static data and transactional data on to eFront
- Assist teams with achieving their desired outputs for reporting
- Advise teams on best practice for system inputs
- Assist with planning the approach for migrating new clients onto eFront
- Perform the testing of system updates and confirm that business requirements are met, reviewing user guides and ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant systems changes as needed.
