Vested Search is excited to partner with a globally established private equity and alternatives investor looking to hire a newly created Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager into their London HQ
This role will work directly with the Head of EMEA Tax on directly supporting fund tax workstreams, as well as wider tax compliance and advisory support to assets and entities in the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of investor tax reporting and tax filings, inclusive of both direct and indirect tax returns
- Fund structuring tax support (across both tax compliance and advisory) for assets in EMEA
- Tax accounting and reporting for partnership tax returns
- Tax planning and special projects for both funds and transactions, in collaboration with the Head of Tax and wider tax team
- Cross border tax planning and tax compliance management, to include international tax, pillar II, FATCA and CRS
- Operational tax support on processes, systems and technology improvements
- Ad-hoc wider responsibilities across tax management, working closely with finance, legal and compliance teams within the business to coordinate approaches and workstreams
- Manage external service providers in support of the above areas, reviewing and monitoring performance to ensure processes and delivery is optimised

Individuals should come from a tax background with an understanding of the private equity/investment management industry, with experience in fund taxation highly desirable. Individuals should also be ACA qualified.
