An Exciting Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Fundamentals of Care Lead Nurse/AHP/Midwife, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's Fundamentals of Care Strategy and the development of the new Fundamentals of Care Academy.
This rewarding role will provide visible practice-based support across our clinical, community and outpatient services, helping teams to deliver safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care. You will support quality improvement initiatives, education, coaching, audit, assurance and the use of data to drive sustainable improvements in care standards and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fundamentals of Care Lead Nurse/AHP/Midwife, Quality and Safety Lead and Corporate Director of Nursing.
- Provide visible practice-based support, education, coaching and quality improvement facilitation.
- Engage, influence and support staff at different levels across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
